hdpe pipeHDPE Pipe by Oxford Plastics Inc.

Oxford Plastics Inc. manufactures hdpe pipe and corrugated plastic pipe for a network of distributors covering Eastern Canada, the Northeastern and Midwestern States of the United States. What we refer to as hdpe pipe or pressure pipe - also known as poly pipe, pe pipe or polyethylene pipe, or even PE pipe - is manufactured by extrusion in sizes ranging from 3/4" to 18". If you’re looking for rugged dependability, lightweight, long lasting service, trouble-free installation, flexibility, superior flow rates and extremely high corrosion resistance, our poly piping systems are the perfect solution. If you want to become a member of our network as a distributor of our hdpe pipe for your own industry and customers, please contact us today and we will gladly answer any of your questions.

Applications:

For over twenty-five years we have manufactured plastic pipe for a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential applications. Some of the more popular applications of our poly pipe include agricultural drainage, electrical conduit, industrial transfer pipe, watermain, sewers, highway culverts, foundation pipe, landfill collection pipe, irrigation, ventilation, hydronic, geothermal heating and sanitation. Our broad experience with industries from construction and waste to agriculture and mining, has helped us to develop hdpe pipe and piping systems that are highly looked upon in both utility and price.

Why Choose Hdpe Pipe?
As a piping solution, polyethylene is chosen for one important reason above all others. Choosing the right kind of piping material for your project is not easy when you require strong durability as well as lightweight flexibility for easy handling and installation. Until plastic was invented, this was not even a consideration. Piping contractors were limited to one of two possibilities: either concrete or metal, both of which were strong and durable, but difficult to handle and to install due to their weight and stiffness. Prior to the invention of polyethylene in the 1950s, plastic pipe was easy enough to handle and to install, but limited in strength and durability. That all changed with polyethylene. Piping contractors now had the best of both worlds, with one added bonus. Not only was hdpe pipe durable and easy to install, it could be joined together by heat fusion making it leak free.
