Hdpe Pipe Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Payments for all materials are due prior to shipment. New accounts can call and ask for a Credit Application for a Customer Account in advance of ordering. Customer Accounts must be approved by Oxford Plastics Inc. Please allow 5 business days for processing. All customers applying for a Customer Account hereby agree to a release to Oxford Plastics Inc. of their credit information and consent to a credit history check.

2. If the customer is approved for a Customer Account, payments for all materials are net 30 days OAC from date of invoice. A 2% discount is offered for payments received within 15 calendar days of date of invoice for the materials.

3. A 2% monthly (24% annually) service charge will be added to all overdue accounts.

4. Credit can be suspended at any time at the sole discretion of Oxford Plastics Inc.

5. Prices are FOB plant unless prearranged.

6. Oxford Plastics Inc. shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by failures of transportation companies, strikes, fire, flood, storm, war or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.

7. The Purchaser shall inspect all materials at the time of delivery. Any missing material or defective material must be reported to Oxford Plastics Inc. at time of delivery. Failure to report at time of delivery relieves Oxford Plastics Inc. from all liability. Any missing or defective materials will be replaced and delivered to the jobsite by Oxford Plastics Inc. It is a condition of sale that Oxford Plastics Inc.'s liability for any defective material is limited to material only, and Oxford Plastics will not be liable for any labour, installation costs or any other consequential damage.

8. This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties for the sale and delivery of materials. There are no warranties, representations, conditions or agreements, whether written or oral, which are collateral to this agreement. Any amendment to this agreement must be made in writing and executed by all parties to this agreement.

9. The Purchaser is responsible for the ensuring the accuracy of quantities, calculations, sizes, design and type of material ordered and Oxford Plastics assumes no liability in this regard.

10. All products are manufactured in accordance with the applicable AWWA, ASTM, FM, CSA, BNQ, NSF standards and specifications.

11. All prices detailed on current prices lists are exclusive of any applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing must be established at time of order.
